I’m the ideas inspirer I love to solve problems and get excited by finding creative solutions and new ways for people and organisations to be more successful. I'm particularly good at spotting opportunities for collaborations.

I’m also good at marketing and communications and like to think that most people leave inspired if they hear me speak.

Bob

I’m the aspiration achiever I help people to achieve more, get focused and stay passionate.

I’m particularly good at asking powerful questions that help to clarify the situation, and providing a listening ear when people need help.

Like many of our clients we are successful entrepreneurs that live and work together. We combine a mixture of important skills, tools and coaching that can increase profits, save time, identify new ways of doing things and encourage partnerships and collaborations often across the sectors.

In fact we have over 60 years’ business experience between us and have worked in over 100 business sectors. We’ve run successful consultancies, e-businesses and even imported wine. We understand entrepreneurs and we know how to make a business more lucrative, profitable and manageable…..and even fun.
We find our clients enjoy our relaxed but thorough, no-nonsense approach which gets real results.

We both have accounting qualifications but Sarah also has studied new product development, market research and strategic development while Bob has been a financial advisor in the past.

We practice what we preach and so we have spent many years getting coached by experts in America and Canada and continue to keep our skills up to date with training.

We believe in the importance of making a difference so we also spend a lot of time volunteering as mentors for charities and companies as well raising funds for causes like the Master Cutlers Challenge – our activities have included a sponsored slim and murder mystery event. We've even played rounders for charity!!
