A married couple working together to grow a saleable business
In simple terms the couple was looking for a happy business and personal relationship, which inevitably leads to more success.
What was the measure of success
In simple terms the couple was looking for a happy business and personal relationship, which inevitably leads to more success.
What we did
We worked with them to identify their emotional baggage and to take away the conflict by helping them realise and appreciate and accept their differences rather than fight against them.
We coached them on communications and also helped them to identify clear roles and a clear shared vision for the company.
We also provided time management advice and tools so that the couple could split their business and personal lives and ensure some time for revitalization and fun.
The impact
The couple now are more focused, communicate more effectively and are enjoying their business and their relationship again. The business is running better and being more successful, and they waste less energy on their differences of opinion.
